Various leading sculpting artists like Anne Neil and Stephen Topper participate at the festival. The organizers provide awards and subsidies as a token of recognition for the sculptors. It helps them cover their exhibit costs too and the sculpture that has the most votes cast by the public is awarded the People’s choice prize.
